Coaching is presence work. Yet most practice software is a sales CRM wearing a wellness skin — pipelines, deals, conversion funnels — pointed at people who are not leads, but humans you have promised to help.

Tend is built on a different premise: software for coaches should feel the way a good session feels. Quiet. Prepared. Nothing nagging at the edges. Every screen answers one question — who needs you, when, and what did you promise them — and then gets out of the way.
